When in stock, purchases are packed and shipped out the next working day on a 24 or 48 hour service. So, you should receive your equipment within 4 working days. If you are in a hurry, and require the 24 hour service, or would like to specify a particular day/date for delivery, please state that in your ‘order notes’ on the Checkout page.
Some products are not held in stock, and are sent direct from the manufacturers. The estimated arrival time of these will be stated in the products bullet points. You will also be sent the tracking on these products, although please allow 3 working days to receive the tracking number.

The next working day after you make your order, you will be sent an email containing tracking information for your parcel(s.) If you do not receive this, please let us know by emailing or calling us.

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery of larger parcels (eg. presses/crushers.) If you are unlikely to be home please choose a different delivery address. Light parcels may be sent by Royal Mail, and won’t normally require signature (eg. presscloths/blocks.)

Orders outside mainland UK will incur additional delivery costs. If you would like delivery to  Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden go ahead and place your order online, and the shipping cost will be automatically displayed before you need to pay.
If you would like delivery to Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles or to other EU countries, please send us an email before you place the order, and we will email you back with a shipping quote.
If you live outside the EU, please send us an email for a quote for shipping. Sometimes this will be expensive, but remember that you will also have the VAT deducted from your order, ie. 20%. However, Pressfruit is not responsible for tariffs or duties imposed at your border, so please check this with your customs.
Orders may be cancelled without reason if is notified within 14 days of the customers receipt of the product and if ALL PRODUCTS ARE UNDAMAGED AND REPACKAGED CAREFULLY in their original packing – so be careful to open packaging carefully. In this case will make refunds within 30 days after the customer has returned the goods to us. Unless the goods were received damaged or faulty the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
IMPORTANT: Damaged items MUST be brought to our attention with in 24 hours of receiving the goods unless ‘damaged’ has been signed at the time of accepting the item by the courier.
All goods sold by Pressfruit come with a warranty. This warranty is only valid. however, if the goods are used correctly.
