When in stock, purchases are packed and shipped out the next working day on a 24 or 48 hour service. So, you should receive your equipment within 4 working days. If you are in a hurry, and require the 24 hour service, or would like to specify a particular day/date for delivery, please state that in your ‘order notes’ on the Checkout page.
Some products are not held in stock, and are sent direct from the manufacturers. The estimated arrival time of these will be stated in the products bullet points. You will also be sent the tracking on these products, although please allow 3 working days to receive the tracking number.
A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery of larger parcels (eg. presses/crushers.) If you are unlikely to be home please choose a different delivery address. Light parcels may be sent by Royal Mail, and won’t normally require signature (eg. presscloths/blocks.)
