Delivery / Payment Information

Our items are usually dispatched and delivered within 1-4 business days if the goods are in stock. Standard delivery for uk mainland is free of charge if the order is over £50. If the order is below £50 there is a £9 carriage charge.

Orders outside mainland UK will incur additional delivery costs. We ship to all countries of the European Union and to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Faroe Islands, and Norway. Before you place an order on-line please e-mails us to check the exact costs.

Over 80% of orders are despatched by UPS. Lighter parcels may be sent by Royal Mail. In this case standard UK mainland delivery is 3-5 working days. However, please allow a maximum of up to 14 working days. Our larger items (Larger presses, tanks, etc.) will be sent on a pallet . If our items are in stock this service typically takes around 5 working days or sooner.  If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time.

IMPORTANT: Damaged items MUST be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the goods unless ‘damaged’ has been signed at the time of accepting the item by the courier.

Customers who come and pick up the products at our premises in Winkleigh will get their products discounted.  Please always call us for arranging pick-up times.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYPAL: Safe, quick and simple on-line payment

PayPal is one of the safest on-line paying methods today. Whether or not you have a Paypal account, you can shop online with Paypal’s system without exposing your financial information to us. When you click on the “Purchase” button on the checkout page, you will be directed to the PayPal website.

If you have a Paypal account

you just need to login to your account and send the money to us by a few clicks.

If you do not have a Paypal account – pay by your credit or debit card

you just need to provide Paypal with your credit or debit card information, and Paypal will charge the money from your card and transfer it to our account.

Of course you may also sign up a new Paypal account very easily, and then pay us through your Paypal account.

Bank transfer

After you have placed your order you will get our bank details in an e-mail.

When you have transferred the money successfully to our bank account, please email us (info@pressfruit.co.uk) with some essential details:

The Purchase Number of your order
The exact amount of money sent
The date on which the transfer was made

When we receive these details we will locate your payment and process your order.

Paying by cheque

If you prefer paying by cheque, please make it for the relevant amount payable to Mr. Toby McKinnel and send it to:
