Delivery / Payment Information

Our items are usually dispatched and delivered within 1-4 business days if the goods are in stock. Standard delivery for uk mainland is free of charge if the order is over £50. If the order is below £50 there is a £4.50 carriage charge.

Orders outside mainland UK will incur additional delivery costs. Before you place an order on-line please e-mails us to check the exact costs.

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If you are unlikely to be home please choose a different delivery address. Lighter parcels may be sent by Royal Mail. Items over 39 kg will be sent on a pallet .

If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time.

IMPORTANT: Damaged items MUST be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the goods unless ‘damaged’ has been signed at the time of accepting the item by the courier.

Customers who come and pick up the products at our premises in Winkleigh will get their products discounted.  Please always call us for arranging pick-up times.


Credit Card

You can use your credit card to pay at As part of the ordering process, you enter your credit card number and the expiry date. The card verification code on the back of the credit card will also be needed.


You can also pay very easily with your PayPal account. Simply choose PayPal as your payment method at the shopping cart. You will be forwarded automatically to the PayPal payment system.

Bank transfer

If you choose Bank Transfer as the method of payment, you will get our bank details in an e-mail after you have placed your order.

When you have transferred the money successfully to our bank account, please email us ( with some essential details:

The Purchase Number of your order
The exact amount of money sent
The date on which the transfer was made

When we receive these details we will locate your payment and process your order.

Paying by cheque

If you prefer paying by cheque, please make it for the relevant amount payable to Pressfruit Ltd and send it to:

You must put your name, address and phone number on the back of the cheque. Also, please enclose a brief note specifying what you’ve ordered. As soon as your cheque has cleared we will send you the goods you have bought. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to call us on 077 6896 1584.
