Orchard presses (20-70 litres)

If you’ve got access to a lot of fruit, why see it go to waste? These fruit presses can produce a quantity of juice for a nice seasonal change or even year round total self-sufficiency. Juice can be pasteurised or frozen (normally in plastic bottles, with room two or three inches left at the top for expansion.)  Or if you want cider, these presses should fill a 5 gallon fermenter in anywhere from one to three pressings.
