    I S. –

    I have used the press about three times to make apple juice and pressed tofu once. I am satisfied with the results. The press seems very sturdy and I have turned the leaver all the way down under pressure until it was not extracting any liquids. The apples do have to be very well crushed in a food processor or by any other means.
