Very useful piece of kit for getting the juice out of fruits. I’ve used it mostly for blackberries when making bramble jelly
Angela Laycock –
We made Apple juice, pear juice and BlackBerry puree! very easy to operate and both elegant and sturdy. I have crohns disease so cannot manage whole fruit, and so it is an ideal way of processing so I can still enjoy it. In fact I am about to have some puree which I froze last autumn on my morning cereal!

We purchased this press to use with red currants for jelly making, and used a self-made linen press bag without a center hole. We arranged the press bag around the center post, loaded in the fruit, folded over the top of the bag to keep in the currants and arranged the bag evenly around the center post to allow for even pressing. Pressing was easy, less messy and yielded more juice compared to anything else we’ve used. Product construction and materials are decent, not as sturdily constructed as they could be but are a very good value for the price. We expect this press will last for many years. It is also very easy to clean. We are very happy with our purchase.
