ZOTTEL Flash Juice Pasteuriser – P60

Flash pasteurisation is also called ‘high-temperature short-time’ pasteurisation. It results in a superior juice as the flavour is not ‘cooked’. This juice pasteuriser with a pass-through heat exchanger is a very effective appliance with a productivity of up to 60 liters per hour. Place the pasteuriser on a suitable stove. When the water in the pot reaches the operation temperature (82-85 °C), open the inlet valve and let the juice flow in from a container placed above the pasteuriser into the spiral heat exchanger. Fill the juice into bottles while monitoring the juice temperature, aiming for an ideal range between 79 and 82°C.
