Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Pressfruit.co.uk is a site owned and operated by Toby McKinnel. Our main trading address is Ten Acres, Winkleigh, Devon EX19 8EY.

Automatic Order Confirmation E-mails

This is a provisional contract until we confirm this order to you. Prices may be subject to change and availability. If there is a price change or goods are not available, we will contact you and you have the option to proceed at the new price, await your goods being available or we will refund you in full.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Pressfruit.co.uk is not VAT registered, thus no VAT is to be charged on any of the prices in the webshop. Goods may be paid for by your PayPal account, secure credit card transaction through PayPal. There are no extra charges for credit card payments. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not contact you unless you have given us express permission to do so. Please read our privacy policy at the bottom of the page.

Delivery

Most of our items are available ex-stock and delivery can often be within a week or even next day. If the item you would like to order is not in stock, our system will not let you buy and pay for that item. Please call for availability. We give you free insurance on all goods so you can order with confidence.

Cancellation and Return of Goods

Orders may be cancelled without reason if Pressfruit.co.uk is notified within 14 days of the customers receipt of the product and if ALL PRODUCTS ARE UNDAMAGED AND REPACKAGED CAREFULLY in their original packing – so be careful to open packaging carefully along seams. In this case Pressfruit.co.uk will make refunds within 30 days after the customer has returned the goods to us. Unless the goods were received damaged or faulty the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

Complaints

Complaints can be made via any of the contact methods mentioned in the Correspondence section below, and we will endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days, whereupon we will provide a likely time-scale to resolve the situation. All complaints will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

IMPORTANT: Damaged items MUST be brought to our attention with in 24 hours of receiving the goods unless ‘damaged’ has been signed at the time of accepting the item by the courier.
