Warranty and Returns
Orders may be cancelled without reason if Pressfruit.co.uk is notified within 14 days of the customers receipt of the product and if ALL PRODUCTS ARE UNDAMAGED AND REPACKAGED CAREFULLY in their original packing – so be careful to open packaging carefully along seams. In this case Pressfruit.co.uk will make refunds within 30 days after the customer has returned the goods to us. Unless the goods were received damaged or faulty the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
Pressfruit has confidence in the products we sell, and so are happy to give a 5 – year warranty on all the manual presses we sell. Please contact us if you have any problems, or need any replacement parts, with your original purchase date, invoice or order number.
The 5 – year warranty on hydraulic jack presses excludes the jack after the first year.
For electrical equipment, hydraulic ram and hydropresses we provide the manufacturer’s warranty.
- the product has not been used in the way it is intended. Please read the instructions carefully and operate in accordance with the instructions.
- the product has been damaged by neglect or accident. Empty and wash your equipment promptly after use.
- the product has been damaged by poor storage. Keep your equipment somewhere inside and dry. If it is stored in a damp place treat all metal and wooden parts appropriately. Read instructions for more details of aftercare.
- the equipment has been adapted in any way. For example using a lever to extend the pressarm fitted.
